Overall good experience

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

I was impressed by the care received, the facility and staff were very polite and friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful. Other clinics should learn from this model .

The team at Bader Medical is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the reception is professional and the amount of knowledge they have between all of them is astounding.
