It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.

I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together.
