Choosing Infinity Addiction Solutions was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was always skeptical about therapy before I tried it and never understood how talking could help, but Individual therapy helped me dig into the deeper issues behind my addiction and truly get to know myself, while group therapy reminded me I wasn’t alone and I got to hear other people’s stories and perspectives. Thanks to Infinity I have managed to completely turn my life around. Not only have I managed to stay clean, but I’ve learnt skills that have helped me to cope and thrive in all aspects of my life so for that, I am forever grateful.

Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.
