I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Felt extremely well looked after and felt I got the best support in finding the injury and also the follow up steps to help overcome it.

Adam knows so much and seems to be always learning more. He is a very calming and caring presence. He’s taught me how to tackle pain and know root causes rather than just treat symptoms. Highly recommend.
