Every communication was clear and staff are professional. I had slight confusion over the car park as the barrier was up, whereas I had been told to pull up to the barrier and use the call button to gain entry. Adequate parking if you have an early appointment but I can foresee parking difficulties as the day goes on.

The experience can only be described as well managed and executed! The staff were friendly and attentive but above all very professional.
