Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy. That’s exactly what people want: clear communication, no hurdles, just the service you need, when you need it.

This is out third time with the allergy treatment and it has always been a good experience

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.
