ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
