The whole experience fully met my expectations

Lovely calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Informative eyetest and all questions answered with time spent on you. I was then introduced to Jitka, who was so amazing. Was there no end to her knowledge and precision ! I now have a great pair of glasses that suits me!

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
