Big thanks to Dr. Jafar Jafari for his top-notch care as a Neurogastroenterologist. My cousin in Brum recommended him after using GI Cognition’s H Pylori test kit. Dr. Jafari suggested SIBO and IMO breath tests, which confirmed both conditions. I’d been struggling with bloating, gas, fatigue, and dodgy digestion for ages. His clear advice and proper caring approach have been a game-changer, helping me get my gut health back on track. I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
