I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

We recently met Mr Alrifai to commence immunotherapy treatment for my husband. As soon as we walked through the door he instantly put us at ease with his wonderfully warm and caring smile. He has an incredibly kind and personable manner which is hugely appreciated. It is not easy commencing cancer treatment but Mr Alrifai took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the next steps looked like and to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small they were. We feel really fortunate and so very grateful to be under the care of such a lovely man.

Big thanks to Dr. Jafar Jafari for his top-notch care as a Neurogastroenterologist. My cousin in Brum recommended him after using GI Cognition’s H Pylori test kit. Dr. Jafari suggested SIBO and IMO breath tests, which confirmed both conditions. I’d been struggling with bloating, gas, fatigue, and dodgy digestion for ages. His clear advice and proper caring approach have been a game-changer, helping me get my gut health back on track.
