This was the first time I have had therapy of any kind. I visited Dr Kathryn for “work burnout” but our sessions evolved in helping with broader aspects of my emotions and life both at work and home - past and present. I found the process hugely revealing, challenging and transformative. It has helped me immensely. In doing so my relationships with my family have improved and therefore how I choose to show up and be present with my family.

I had a private ADHD assessment with Juandri and found her really helpful. The report was extensive and she gave me a private psychiatric referral that didn't need another assessment to be able to get medication which has been incredibly helpful!

I first came to Mark looking for support with generalised anxiety and occasional depression. From the very beginning, he created a safe, warm, and supportive space where I felt truly heard. His approach helped me learn how to manage my thoughts more clearly, reframe unhelpful patterns, and gently unpack some deep-rooted family issues, things I hadn’t been able to explore in the same way with other counsellors. Mark has a way of challenging you that feels kind and empowering, and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions. A year later, after making some big life changes, I returned for a few “top-up” sessions and once again, his guidance was transformative. Working with Mark has made a lasting impact on my life, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Dr Mahan-Taylor is a consummate professional. From a logistical standpoint, working together is very easy, and he always works hard to accommodate us and our difficult schedule. On the therapeutic front, his insightfulness is uncanny and his empathy is unparalleled to anything we have experienced so far. He makes an effort to listen and understand, and then offer salient and effective advice as well as validation of our needs and emotions. We are so glad we found him – thank you, Steve!

Ute is a lifeline in difficult moments. When things seem very dark, Ute is able to help the mind to rethink and positions things differently to make them easier to navigate and manage. She is very approachable and emphatic and I treasure all the conversation we have had. I use the skills she taught me over and over again and they have been life changing in the way I’m able to cope with difficult moments in life. I cannot recommend her enough.
