Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.

Abbeycare is a great service and have a great knowledge of alcoholism and addiction, couldn’t ask for a better service.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. Thank you so much for sending over these resources and the intervention list, it’s so incredibly helpful as a reminder of the tactics for future life issues. 10/10 therapist. Immaculate hospital and the best private hospital I have visited.
