Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

Everything I'm sharing here can not possibly convey the full extent of what Monika has done for me. When I first reached out to her I was 44/ 45 yrs old and suicidal... It is no easy thing to admit, that I couldn't see a future for myself. I was actually completely heartbroken with the loss of all the 'dreams' of how my life 'should' have been at that point in my life. And to add insult to injury, I had spent the best part of nearly 30 years looking for a 'cure' for my persistent depression/ procrastination, and quite frankly really shitty behaviour! It sounds cliche, but I had tried everything I could... counselling, talk therapy, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Tapping, TRE, somatic body work, CBT, coaching, mentors... and I'm sure I'm forgetting some! So it's not like I was simply 'sitting around and wallowing in self pity' not wanting to get better. I was constantly searching for that elusive 'cure'. But nothing had worked by that point, I was worse than ever and losing hope. I came across Brainspotting, and not only did it make sense, it was also my last chance. I knew that Brainspotting was/ is (for me at least) the ultimate tool in resolving CPTSD. Monika was heartfelt, dedicated, warm, kind and deeply compassionate in each session. I can say that in less than 3 yrs (it might even be less!), my life is thankfully unrecognisable. When compared to 30 yrs of other treatments, that's a seriously significant turnaround in mental health wellness! I can not describe the depth of peace, the feeling of finally 'being my true self'... And some of my dreams have actually come true - Today, I am the co-Director of my first holdings company and the CEO of my first subsidiary fashion company... a dream since I was 5 yrs old! A best friend - the once-in-a-lifetime and ride-or-die kind. She met me roughly six months before I began working with Monika, and when I was at my worst. She say's I'm a completely different person, but that the person I am now is who I was deep down anyways, underneath all the trauma and negative behaviour that goes with it. And whilst I have many more dreams to accomplish, I am genuinely very happy and content with where I am right now, enjoying the experience of the journey, rather than the distracted wishful thinking of the destination. I live in the moment and feel infinitely better for it. Working with Monika is, in my experience, lifesaving - I know that I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for her and the work we did together, as a team! Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

The process of booking and scheduling a session was very streamlined. Jade was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic. She was very knowledgeable and offered some really insightful advice that helped me succeed in my doctoral interview.

Emma truly is an angel! I never ever thought I could get to the place I am at now, mentally she has worked wonders on my self confidence, mind frame. Thinking and so much more she’s given me tools to cope with things that arise and also understand why I was stuck in the ways I was before too. I truly understand myself now better than ever and Emma has helped me unpack my issues and past. I cannot thank her enough and her expertise are just incredible I would only hope that everyone can experience Emma’s true skills and see how wonderful she is. I cried happy tears on my last session, her compassion is just so heart warming I always felt comfortable, heard and understood with Emma.

She gave me space to think and express myself and then offered insightful observations and non judgmental comments which I found very helpful.
