I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!

Mindful Recovery felt like a place where I could actually be honest. There was no pressure, just people who took the time to understand what was going on and offered real help and accountability.
