I approached Anna because of her extensive experience in this field and also I had worked with a physiologist before and the conventional CBT approach was useful at first however I was finding the sessions had become more like counselling and hadn't lifted me away from the root causes of my problems. Anna is always flexible with appointments, extremely good at listening and has an engaging but professional style. When In left my company and the funding for my sessions I was more than happy to continue with any follow ups self funded, which for me being very cost conscious itself speaks volumes. I can safely say I'm better equipped to continue managing my challenges thanks to Anna and would recommend most highly for ACT therapy in particular
