I felt the procedure, although thankfully over quickly was frankly brutal! I have had many smear tests & have never experienced the sharp pain, with no gentleness whatsoever! I felt a large object was brutally shoved inside me with no warning & the nurse just told me to breathe & I was made to feel I was making a fuss! It is high time women were better than this.! Furthermore, I was told I could rebook my smear test, but not told I need to wait 3 months. I have just had a waisted trip to the doctors.
