Fantastic experience all round!

Bodyset has been a lifesaver for me. When I arrived with excruciating lower back pain and limited mobility, their team stepped in with expertise and compassion. They not only provided me with tailored exercises to alleviate the pain and improve flexibility but also offered hands-on treatment that made a world of difference. Dimitra's skilled massage therapy was particularly effective, offering almost immediate pain relief. It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.

I was previously at Wapping but had to switch to Bermondsey as the physio, a female, left and I needed to carry on with a female, so they switched me to Bermondsey. I dont find the gym area at Bermondsey that great, it has a steep steps you need to walk down immediately on arrival. However, the room the physio, Martina, sees me in is fine and she is great.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
