Sarah helped me out so much with understanding the issues I had from overloading my running training. Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture. Had a great experience with Hassan, who I saw for lower-back pain. I was in a lot of pain. Hassan was able to explain the issue and alleviate the pain more after each session until I was back to normal. Overall great experience and couldn't recommend enough.

Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience
