I was previously at Wapping but had to switch to Bermondsey as the physio, a female, left and I needed to carry on with a female, so they switched me to Bermondsey. I dont find the gym area at Bermondsey that great, it has a steep steps you need to walk down immediately on arrival. However, the room the physio, Martina, sees me in is fine and she is great.

Had a great experience with Hassan, who I saw for lower-back pain. I was in a lot of pain. Hassan was able to explain the issue and alleviate the pain more after each session until I was back to normal. Overall great experience and couldn't recommend enough.

Expert physios who tailor treatment to meet both your goals and lifestyle limitations. Really recommend, I have made so much more progress with my persistent injury since starting to work with the team.

I attended W6 for physiotherapy after a double hip resurfacing. The support I received was excellent and the progress I have made over the past months is huge, I've gone from limping on 2 crutches to getting back on the squash court. Thank you everyone

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Always prompt and the receptionists are always smiley and helpful.

They are amazing, I have been there for different reasons and I feel at home in this clinic. The reception team is always kind and polite. Much appreciated their help in fitting the appointments with my schedule.
