I would just like to thank Dr siraj from start to finish with our son's tongue Tie and lip. He was very professional and gave advice which was very helpful. He took his time explaining the procedure and made us feel comfortable. Also I would like to thank the receptionists which are very helpful. The after care from Dr Siraj was amazing and we cannot thank him and happy Kids enough.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

I went to the Maida Smiles Clinic for the first time and had the most wonderful experience! I am dentist phobic but strangely left the place with a big smile on my face (literally!). The receptionist was super kind, Susan was impeccable and very helpful, and I had my appointment with the most amazing dentist Dr Mafalda Vilhena. Couldn’t recommend her enough. She explains the whole procedure and is very rigorous in her work. Congratulations to Dr Pedro Gutierres for creating such an excellent working environment and to all the team. I will be back and bringing my family along and we don’t even live in Maida Vale. Thank you for such an impeccable job on my teeth and for taking my fear of dentists away. I've been with Sparklysmile for decades. As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. Also, I'd like to say the response to the several dental emergiences I've had over the years has been very positive. Thank you everyone.

Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.
