I booked mole mapping and had some moles removed today. The whole experience was comfortable, I felt at ease the whole time and have already recommended the clinic to several friends!! Thank you for a superb service!

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

They respond quickly to enquiries, All staff are professional, polite and helpful.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
