The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

Kevin is friendly, interactive and offers full explanations so I understood exactly WHY I was asked to do whatever exercises I needed to do. I have a background in physical education and his patience was superb.

As a physio myself, I was very careful in who I chose for my rehab. I chose Charlie due to his reviews and he did not disappoint. I have had a persistent achilles tendonitis on and off for years now. Charlie was able to look at the problem from multiple different angles and treat accordingly. After a mixture of hands-on physio and tailored home exercises, combined with a strength programme that I am now motivated to continue twice per week, my achilles is much better. Following training with Gus, noticed immediate significant improvement in lower back function and ability to perform. Dr Palmar was very quick at diagnosing what was wrong and referring me to further examinations and MRI very promptly. As he was in the same gym as I, he knew my requirements and needs for the activities I did and could immediately tell if I should be more careful with those activities and what I should and shouldn't do
