The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

I went to see Dr Singh in Chiswick after both my GP and my local NHS hospital could not figure out what was wrong with me. He undertook a through history and examination and asked the question that no one else had - why? Why had I lost weight, had pain around my hips, fluid around my lung and heart. He made a diagnosis (PMR and GCA) and this was proven correct by the rapid investigations he undertook. He started me on treatment and I immediately felt better within 24 hours. What I especially appreciate was that he arranged transfer into his NHS clinic in order to access specialist biologic medication and throughout the entire process, he always kept me informed & uptodate. I started off as a medical mystery & flummoxed both GPs and consultants at my local hospital. It shows the expertise and skills that Dr Singh has that he was able to give me a diagnosis virtually instantly and set me on the path to recovery.

Anna, listened carefully to my views and discussed fully about I felt and led me to believe her approach to my treatment was the best way forward.

I recently had a first consultation with Dr. Persey. I found him to be extremely warm and friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Having diagnosed the issue, he provided me with a very clear and detailed explanation.

Dr Krishnan Baburaj immediately put me at ease, patiently read through all the documentation I had brought with me, and listened intently as I explained what had brought me to his office today. The physical examination was kind and considerate, and he explained my initial diagnosis very thoroughly until I understood it all and what he wanted to have happen next. Dr Baburaj was sensitive to the fact that I was paying for the consultation myself, preparing blood test forms and a letter for my NHS GP, so I can simply make an appointment with her to arrange the next steps. It seems to me Dr Baburaj possesses a staggering amount of knowledge in his area of expertise, but - just as important - he is also capable of communicating it in plain English to the layperson. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Hull provides exceptional care - from the first consultation where she thoroughly reviewed my previous health history, to each follow up review she is always thoughtful, insightful and professional and I know I am getting the very best rheumatology care. Thank you Dr Hull for going to great lengths to help me feel better.
