Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!
