From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence.
