I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!

My daughter ( age 14) has been seen a few times now with an injury to her back and Lizzie has been amazing handling her well and helping her heal from not being able to perform in cheerleading and doing her backward walkovers ! She is healing well and slowly bending again! Thank you so much for your expertise. X
