Being a physician myself, I had actually consulted with a few doctors in the UK to get a sense of my treatment options and risks associated with different procedures (DJS/lower jaw surgery/genioplasty/chin implant/filler) prior to committing. I paid for the first consultation, and then all the follow-up was free of charge. There were multiple meetings (via Zoom as I lived remotely), to discuss my options, morph my photographs, discuss complications, and address any concerns. I could tell he understood what a huge undertaking this was for me. The surgery itself went smoothly, and Mr. Manisali was always available to answer any questions I had before and after the procedure. I was given detailed instructions post-op and the team made sure I was comfortable at every stage. My results are fantastic. In fact, they look better than the morphed/predicted photographs. I can't thank Mr. Manisali enough for his care. If you are considering orthognathic surgery, I highly recommend Mr. Manisali.
