After trying pharmaceutical options over several visits, we decided to go ahead with surgery to resolve the issue (turbinoplasty, septoplasty, FESS) - which seems to have been very successful. Ms Rachmanidou has an excellent bedside manner, is very patient and consultative, and willing to take the time to go into very detailed medical explanations of the symptoms and options, enabling me to make an informed and independent decision. Dr Nagpal was a star as always. He has been sedating me for the periodontal gum treatment for the last 3 years and it always goes smoothly. I have really difficult veins and it once took someone else 6 times! To find a vein for me but he always gets it first time and it just helps me be at ease and relax in the chair. So grateful for him!
