From our first meeting I felt heard, which is not something you get often sadly! Mr Hughes always put me at ease, clearly explained everything and allowed me to ask any questions I needed. When the time came for my tonsillectomy, he was reassuring me on the day and was constantly kind and attentive. Fantastic!

My experience of Mr Crinnion having, had 2 surgeries one 4 years ago and another 16 days ago has been beyond exceptional. He is an extremely good communicator of the process , procedure and risks .
