Mr Khan was clear and down to earth. He confirmed my diagnosis and discussed my test results, blood results and symptoms in a calm easy to understand manner. He listened which was hugely important. I had an initial telephone appointment and received a summary letter afterwards with no pressure to continue my treatment along the private route. I chose to have the necessary surgery with Mr Khan. The care on the day and after care was exemplary. All appointments were made quickly and easily and I was able to email information to him easily. The surgical scar is extremely small and almost invisible 6 weeks on. He is totally patient centred. I am very grateful for the high level of care I received.
