Welcoming reception, easy to find

Very pleasant modern facility with very good staff. Like so many hospitals....parking is a problem. The new car park open opened by the hospital is far too small. The parking problem will get a lot worse if the council proceeds with their proposal to mark all nearby roads on this industrial estate with double yellow lines. .....this will reduce nearby parking spaces by around 60 cars.

This form is forcing me to make a comment before allowing me to go on. I am unlikely to complete this form again!

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

The staff made me feel welcome and were very efficient in their organisation and explaining any questions. Thanks
