Friendly staff

Very helpful and my time there was very easy

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

Quick and efficient dental

I had a great experience with Emily and cannot recommend her enough. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.
