Really welcoming and friendly, excellent facilities and kind, helpful staff.

I’ve had a really positive experience at EDR. I worked with Richard before and did really well, but unfortunately had a relapse when life became hard. Richard was able to help me get back on top of things with my recovery. I didn’t experience any judgement or criticism for relapsing (which I have previously when I was with the NHS). Richard was highly compassionate and just wanted to see me get better.
