Dr Maria Nyekiova was very kind, considerate and attentive. I felt that she thoroughly understood my needs; and that she is a very experienced doctor. She gave very good explanations of everything that was required for my problems and I am very pleased that I booked in to see her.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Dr Chris went through everything you need to know during the consultation and was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Thank you for giving me my life back through your treatments, and thank you for accommodating me when I was delayed for my appointment with a puncture.

From the initial consultation to my exit the service has been exemplary!! I would personally like to thank Dr Sarah Rollins for diagnosing my problem and Sam Birch who has patiently and diligently erased my knee problem I cannot thank the both of you enough!!

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Reasonably priced hayfever injection. Good service.
