I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

Bodyset has been a lifesaver for me. When I arrived with excruciating lower back pain and limited mobility, their team stepped in with expertise and compassion. They not only provided me with tailored exercises to alleviate the pain and improve flexibility but also offered hands-on treatment that made a world of difference. Dimitra's skilled massage therapy was particularly effective, offering almost immediate pain relief.
