Very clean, spacious and modern hospital. Very friendly and professional staff.

Hatfield One is extremely clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

OK - admin was a little hit and miss and better info was often to be had via consultant’s secretary. Care was absolutely fine though.

Well located and easy to park. Polite and helpful reception staff. Clean and well organised.

If only all medical appointments were this easy. We arrived. Completed a form. Waited to be seen. The doctor himself came out to apologise for the wait. I did not mind because the waiting area is large, well lit and ventilated with a lot of seating possibilities.

I'm very glad I chose to have my surgery at One Hatfield Hospital. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and I felt as though they genuinely cared about the patients and enjoyed their jobs. Both during the surgery and for post op visits, they have always been friendly yet professional, and the hospital itself felt like a safe place to be.

Very happy with interactions with One Hatfield Hospital. Clean, efficient. Reception staff good - a breath of fresh air. All staff met have been respectful. Feel like being treated as a human being.
