I had a really positive experience at the hospital. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and everything felt well-organised throughout my stay. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible care from the nursing staff—every single nurse I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after at every stage.

Very speedy, quick wait times

Waiting times too long on both occasions first time 40 minutes then today 10 minutes I do not pay for private health care to have long waiting times. Receptionists are unprofessional and sour faced. Today’s experience two of them were sitting gossiping and whispering with pathetic school girl conversation, not professional and not the right environment. Doctor has a PA sitting in the room with him which is weird. Also quite rude as I shook her hand and she reached for the sanitizer right after she shook my hand she could have at least waited until I got out of the room to do this. Service provided by consultant was very fast, erratic and not friendly,

Excellent experience. Wendy was professional, personable, friendly and willing to keep me informed about the procedure. I could not ask for a better experience thanks to Wendy.
