Abbington House has been incredible. It has changed my life. It’s not my first rehab but it’s by far the best. I can honestly say it has been the best 28 days of my life. I came in broken and I leave a changed man. I have to single out Costas for taking me on a journey and inspiring me to change. All the staff are incredible and it really feels like a family in here. And Marians foods amazing. Big thanks also to Jeanette and Mikey for taking so much time to talk to me outside therapy. Also to all the support staff Jason, Sasha, Pete, John FM, Jonny, Jess and all the night staff Stephen, Mary, Ola, David and Sam. I could not have done this without you..

Abbington house is by far the best rehab i have been the love care and insight of the whole team made me feel safe and at ease. The rooms are comfortable and the grounds on-site are beautiful. The counselling I received got more out of me than all the sessions put together I have had elsewhere. I’m looking forward to the aftercare groups and living free from addiction Big thank you to the whole team especially Costa and Mikey

I have relapsed after 5 years and was in madness for over 2 years couldn't come out ,lost hope on my self and give up and the whole of abbington house ans councillors Micky and Costa had restored my hope and specially got me back to solution to 12 step program of recovery, and from where I was feeling so empty and hopeless now I got my life back and coming to 1 year clean and sober got my life back and I m so happy ,i don't know ,words can do justice to where I m at the moment, I really didn't think I would be back at this great way of living and out of slavery of addiction ,thank you abbington house ,it was five star treatment ,love ,and treatment, thank you ,Ricky, Costa and abbington house

My experience was welcoming and comfortable from the start each member of staff is kind and considerate and the overall experience was exactly how it should be, at times challenging to push you towards a life of sobriety however this is the main reason we are all here. I want to thank the team and everybody in the community for such a pleasant time at my stay at Abbington house

Quite simply it changed my life. I was treated with love and respect. They taught me what I suffered with and showed me the way back. Abingdon also prepared me for what was ahead when I stepped back into the world. I made close bonds and friendships I’ll never forget or lose. My time atAHC has been eye opening, inspirational and positive experience. My therapist Jeanette has been amazing and helped me work through so many things including unresolved trauma, mental health, understanding my addiction and rebuilding myself and learning to love myself again I can’t thank her enough or explain fully how instrumental she has been not just in my recovery but my outlook on myself and the world! Thank you so much, Therapists Cos and Mikey are amazing and so instrumental in my treatment too thank you! All support staff are wonderful and supportive and make your treatment feel positive and always there for you so you never feel alone, they are the wonderful backbone of AH. The manager Emily is brilliant as well as all other senior staff and chefs who make you feel so welcome and supported. AH is a very special place, takes you out of the dark and into the light and I can’t recommend it enough to any one struggling with addiction! This is the place to come. Thank you Abbington for guiding me and so many others on the path of recovery and making me see how much life is worth living!
