I started going to Alien in or around 2018. I have never had a bad experience. They are friendly but most importantly, id trust them with my life and of course, my face! It's amazing to watch them grow and I am never let down by the service. Never really waiting that long, make you feel at ease with their chit chat and before you know it, you're out without ever feeling rushed! I've recommended them to friends and they are now religious aliens too along with their friends too!

My experience at Alien Aestethics was truly exceptional, and I have to say I entered with high hopes. Having received treatments at various clinics on Harley Street before, this visit was notably different in all the best ways. I've never encountered a professional who took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explaining each step of the process. They meticulously mapped out my face and highlighted areas that had never been addressed before, correcting them with expertise. The level of detail was unparalleled, and I felt completely reassured throughout the entire procedure. The environment is spacious and immaculate, complemented by a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Unlike many other venues, there was no cliquish or unfriendly vibe, which made me feel entirely at ease. Securing an appointment on such short notice was an added benefit. I am very pleased with the results, and I can confidently say that I am now genuinely a happy Alien.

Came for my 3rd Botox appointment with Katie. As always, everyone was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Katie is brilliant, so gentle and full of information if you have any queries or if you need a chat to calm your nerves. Highly recommend and will continue to travel for this fab experience.

Nurse Katie is a true gem- warm, friendly, professional, caring and just seems such a lovely person in the world. She’s a true expert at what she does and she seems to want the best for each person on an individual level. It’s a lovely environment to await your appointment, with a complimentary drink and chill and/ or chat. Hannah is good to chat to. I love coming to Alien for my facial enhancements. Nurse Katie is simply amazing. Her knowledge is so thorough and she puts you at ease immediately. She has a light touch and I always leave feeling amazing after my session! Katie and the team are the BEST - I wouldn't trust anyone else and have made multiple friends make a switch to them because of how much I trust them. Friendly vibes, lovely studio, and they really know their stuff. Never try to over sell you & even give less following consultation & shared desired result.
