I went for first time fillers with Nurse Kj, I was mega anxious and she was just incredible, spent so much time beforehand explaining everything to me in a way which was easy to understand, gave me time to ask any and all questions I had and didn't ever make me feel like anything was a silly question. She was so knowledgeable and I quickly felt like I was in the best hands! Megan and Dr Bella were there too and together they all created such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I've followed Alien for years on social media and I knew once I plucked up the courage to go it was the best, safest place for facial aesthetics. I’ve been going to Alien Aesthetics for over five years now for both Botox and filler, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease — the team are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, welcoming, and so down to earth. I regularly see Kj in Nottingham, who is amazing — and absolutely hilarious. No matter how many times I’ve been, I still get a little nervous, but Kj is always so gentle and quick that I barely notice. She’s brilliant at keeping your mind off the treatment and makes me feel good about myself both before and after. I’ve even started bringing my mum — who’s terrified of needles — and now she loves visiting Kj and Megan and is already counting down to her next appointment! One of the things I admire most about Alien Aesthetics is their honesty. They’ll always tell you if something isn’t right for you, and it’s clear they’re in this industry to genuinely help people feel more confident. My results are always super natural — people are often shocked when I tell them what I’ve had done!
