This was the best experience I have ever had as regards hearing tests. Sandra, whom I saw, was friendly and professional in equal measure. She was very thorough and explained all aspects of the procedure and the workings of the new hearing aids in a clear manner. I highly recommend this organisation, which I have used now for a number of years. In particular, I was very grateful for the prompt attention I received during the difficulties in the lockdown period.
