Treatment - Fantastic Patient Reception and Customer Service at Front Desk - needs some serious improvement. Stone cold, ignored, spoken over, no eye contact and seriously off-putting. If it wasn't for the actual treatment providers....I wouldn't bother coming to the practice to pay for a service which is met with a sour note from the moment you walk-in. It's been like this since I joined the practice - nothing has changed and there are no expectations that anything will change with this feedback.

Our family have been coming to this dental practice for years and can recommend the services highly. It is easy to book appointments via telephone or in person and the receptionists and dentists are equally courteous. Dentists are knowledgeable about the dental issues and treatments.

The practice is well organised, clean, has great parking and friendly receptionists.

All staff are welcoming and friendly…the facilities are always clean giving that relaxed feeling before seeing the dentist. Most people have fear of dental work being done I believe the people and the practice are what make you feel comfortable

I had Roma for a hygiene clean today and she was exceptional. Will definitely be booking again!
