I was wondering whether online therapy would be all that good after face-to-face therapy but I have really found it to be a tremendous support. I've had problems with alcohol and attended a residential rehab, I then went on to aftercare with Catch and it has given me a safe place to come and meet my coach and therapist and get through each day ONE DAY AT A TIME!
