I recently had lip surgery (lump removal) followed by a botox lip flip with Dr Williams and the experience has been exemplary from start to finish. From the moment I met Dr Williams, I felt completely at ease and in the safest of hands. My initial consultation with her was thorough, with all the different options fully explained and she was more than happy to answer all my many questions. Dr Williams has the perfect balance of being genuinely warm and friendly with a wonderful bedside manner, whilst also being an exceptionally talented and meticulous surgeon. The surgery itself went flawlessly and the recovery was super smooth. She is clearly a perfectionist when it comes to her work and it shows - I am absolutely thrilled with the results, which look incredibly natural.
