To start with, booking was easy with a great choice of locations. On arrival, reception staff were welcoming, friendly and pointed out facilities immediately. Once my form was complete and handed in, there was no time to sit down as I was called straight into the examination room. The lady (who's name escapes me at the moment) was just as amazing. We conversed the whole duration of the examination appointment and she was very good at explaining all about the checks, dangers of sun and sunbeds offering lots of advice. Very easy to talk to and I was at ease from the moment I walked in.
