I recently gave birth via planned C-section and stayed at the Fitzrovia Suites, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team was fantastic checking on us on the clock very attentive and always with a smile. The suite itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a much-needed sense of privacy and peace during recovery which made a real difference, especially in those first few days post-surgery.

I had regular appointments and check-ups at Fitzrovia. The facilities were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. The highlight was my obstetrician, Dr Shalini Chawla, who was supportive and attentive throughout my pregnancy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had an incredible experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were truly exceptional—each brought their own unique style of care, sharing wisdom, offering emotional support, and somehow keeping us laughing throughout our entire stay. Their presence made what could have been a stressful time feel calm, supported, and even joyful. The food was very good overall, though it would be great to see more vegan options in the future. That said, the overall care and atmosphere more than made up for it. The entire team contributed to the amazing experience—from the friendly and efficient reception staff, to the warm and accommodating catering team, the attentive and skilled medical team, and the lovely cleaning staff who kept everything spotless and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of. I keep telling people it was the best holiday we’ve ever been on—and honestly, it really felt like that. A peaceful, nurturing environment with an incredible team by our side. We’re so grateful.

The team at the Fitzrovia Suite — from the front desk to the nursing team, the catering function to the consultants — are truly exceptional. They deserve serious credit for having created and maintained a culture that is warm, supportive, highly proficient and professional, empathetic, and effortlessly flexible. We had by far the best medical experience of either of our lives there and would recommend it extremely highly to anyone considering private maternity care.

The facility is clean, comfortable and pleasant overall. It's not a 5 stars hotel but offers the convenience and privacy I was looking for. The staff is friendly and professional and you practically have a private midwife as its only 5 rooms. The midwifes were knowledgeable and happy to help with anything I needed.

My experience at the Fitzrovia Suite has been amazing. The whole midwives, anesthetist and obstetrics team are an absolute dream! They ensured I felt supported and calm the whole time during and after childbirth. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Fitzrovia Suite and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to go into private maternity healthcare!

We are so grateful for the team. Everyone has been extremely friendly and supportive. From Aster in the catering team, to the many midwives (Tessa, Tasha, Tomir, Charli Jabu and many more), and to John the anaesthetist - we are so thankful. A special mention to our lead consultant Nikki who held our hands every step along our journey. Our experience and stay with Fitzrovia has been special.
