a very informative and efficient process

In the initial consulation I was given a thorough check up for both eyes, including multiple scans and vision checks, even though it was the second eye I was having treated. After this consultation, it was clearly explained what woud happen next and I was given enough information and guidance to choose the correct lens implant for me. The day of the procedure was relaxed with staff who explained each step. After the operation, the eye drop regime and aftercare was given and a follow up appointment was made. At all times throughout my visits and surgery at Epsom, I was treated by friendly, professional staff who explained everything and answered any questions.

From start to finish the service was efficient, timely, professional and friendly. Communication was first class.

Subjectively, most patients will be apprehensive about any procedure related to their eyes, as was I. The consent form was also a bit daunting. Aged 70 I have been provided with the 20/20 vision I experienced as a child and younger adult through to middle age. To anyone who can afford the superior lens that isn’t available on the NHS, I would encourage it as a tremendous investment for overall wellbeing. The service at Epsom from the moment of the first greeting at the downstairs door through to the final discharge by the ophthalmologist was first class, both in terms of care and reassurance.

Bus station-type waiting rooms. On first visit, utterly cramped. Totally unworthy of a Freedom Vision facility. Outstanding measuring and optometry assessments Great surgeon, specially selected and privately paid, fulfilled my expectations, especially since I experienced little pain and discomfort after the op So, in summary, the medical side was outstanding but the seating is not adequate considering the pricing. And charging a private patient 50p for a Cappuccino is plain daft: under the circumstances, I had better things to worry about that carrying a 50p coin with me. There you go, you did ask...

A first class service from Freedom Vision. All the staff are very caring, friendly, helpful and professional. The whole process has been very good and I am very pleased with the results of my cataract removal and lense replacement. I would highly recommend Freedom Vision.

Oh, Freedom Vision in Epsom branch allthe staff and Team were fabulous fantastically friendly from door meet and greet to meeting optometrist and surgeon were smooth and informative. They all, the team and staff were able to put me at ease and I was a nervous wreck thinking of the eye operation and the technical terminology. I was given abundant tea and biscuits to calm my nervous and medication they suggested but im a non believer to take any additional medication if i could help it. Im so very please wirh my visit and would highly recommend Epsom branch. I give it the optimal rating 10 stars if there's one.
