Overall good experience and procedure better than I had expected

After been anxious about catarach surgery I found the puzzles before the surgery a great help to take my mind of surgery.Thank you to all the amazing staff and the team who guided me through the process from consultation to surgey day.

From first contact all through my procedures all staff were extremely friendly reassuring and Knowledgeable .They explained the whole process and answered all my needs . The wait times from first contact to final operation were brilliant much quicker than I anticipated The waiting for Pre-op and procedures more than acceptable with free coffee and biscuits TV etc . The premises were spotlessly clean with ample parking and nearby Entertainment for your escorts

My experience was excellent from start to finish - first rate service and patient care. Katy was outstanding - she listened to my needs and made sure the process was stress free for me - as a potentially very nervous patient I was hugely appreciative of her calm, professional and warm manner which made everything seem possible.

A very friendly and professional experience, with a team that really understands and cares about meeting your eye care needs. Communication was excellent and carried out in a manner that allowed my wife and I to process fully the options open to myself. Wonderful experience although a bit unnerving as I am unused to hospital procedures. The net result is definitely worth it. All the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone contemplating having cataract surgery.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent team and the experience they provide. communication was great, and I was always given as much time as needed for questions and discussion. The clinic is very efficient and each appointment has run to time - there is a real sense that things run smoothly and that you will be given attention, care and sensitivity. All staff were excellent in their approach to us and their knowledge. The venue was fantastic. Katie the manager and Ian the optometrist were particularly helpful and patient with us and answered all questions well and throughly went through all options for lenses, payment and procedure for cataract treatment. This was very comforting and took a lot of the stress away
