It's been a very tough start to the year for the family, with my father losing his battle with cancer just a couple of months after diagnosis. But throughout the process , all of the staff , from Dr Wilson through to the doctors and nurses in the main hospital, were all truly amazing. A special shout out to Steph - who truly went above and beyond the call of duty. No request was too much to ask, she was available day and night , 7 days a week, handing out her personal number to us all. She also built up such a rapport with Dad, and all of us in the family. I've never seen care like that before - thank you so much Steph ❤️

GenesisCare provided me with excellent care at a very fraught and scary time. The whole team were super empathetic, patient and professional. Steph the Specialist nurse was so responsive to my calls and explained everything clearly and succinctly. She was always there when I needed support and care, no matter the time or the day. Steph really did make treatment as smooth and supportive as possible.

Genesiscare at the Cromwell Hospital Are the best!! They are the kindest, most caring people I have ever come across. I have had a lot of different cancers and on every treatment I have been treated with the utmost respect, care and kindness. They do as much as is humanly possible to make the treatment as comfortable as possible, and they succeed! I have to mention my CNS nurse Stephanie – she is just amazing, so kind and caring and she goes out of her way to put you at ease, explanations are brilliant – all in all she is a godsend to the department. She has a kindness and great sense of humour which really helps during stressful and worrying times.

The Hospital and Genesis Care Unit gave us their undivided attention in all aspects of the treatment. They changed appointments if needed and crucially a specialist nurse was available to answer and explain the side effects. Stephanie answered every question I had and followed up after I had left the hospital to check on how I was feeling.

Sending a car to take me to and from my appointment was amazing as I live 1.5 hours drive from the treatment centre. This takes a great deal of pressure this takes off my spouse at a difficult time. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait at any stage. The centre is quiet and calm with excellent facilities.

Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring
