We recently assisted an elderly man move into Glenowen Court. The staff have been very helpful and in particular the manager Siobhan provided us with individual attention and regular email updates on how he has been settling in. This has given us great peace of mind with such a change in his living circumstances.

The care my mummy is second to none. The staff are amazing so caring. Siobhan is an amazing dedicated manager. Margaret the senior is just brilliant andy also so good nothing is too much trouble i have made a great relationship with margaret she is so caring and dedicated the care workers make me feel so comfortable with my mummys care an exceptional place in all aspects of care for the elderly.

my mother went in for respite care and we were very happy with the care she received. staff and managers were very helpful in settling her in as it was her first time in respite.

My aunt has been a resident in Glenowen for several years and our interactions as a family have been very positive. Communication with us is excellent and Siobhan and the team always take on board any questions and respond with great care in optimising our aunt’s physical and emotional well being and keeping us updated. I think it is extraordinary how the staff have remained upbeat and consistently observed measures to protect residents while still facilitating access where possible during the pandemic. Kindness is very evident as is good humour in how the staff meet the needs of residents. The updates and pictures of seasonal celebrations and obvious fun and inventiveness were heart warming. I always have a wonderful experience when in Glenowen Court. Staff are amazing and so helpful. I love the spring flowers sitting at the front door, such a nice touch!

Siobhan Please pass on my sincere thanks to all the staff in Glenowen Court for their care and help during my recent stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful, which contributed to my recovery. I recognise I have a way to go but my stay has helped me realise I can do it. I was deeply touched by my parting gift of chocolates and flowers. The chocolates will wait till end of lent, mostly because I have to hold on with both hands on zimmer! Thanks

Excellent care by staff towards all residents is obvious, they are professional and caring. As a daughter of a resident I feel very welcomed at Glenowen Court, staff are always on hand and ready to help, the atmosphere is very cheerful.
